Designing and running assessment / talent-evaluation tools is a science of its own. You can work with the best in this field. We support our clients in carrying the outputs into their decisions, but we do not develop assessment / talent-evaluation tools.
Providing Legal Support in the Areas We Serve
A significant part of HR projects requires a legal backbone - at the implementation stage of projects such as long-term incentive plans, short-term incentive plans, structural changes in employee relations and the renewal of policies and procedures, there is a concrete need for legal support. Blexible is not a law firm; we enter projects together with our specialist law-firm partners and serve our clients as a single whole.
HR Information Technology Implementations
We do not take on the setup and implementation projects of HR information-technology systems. We have specialist software companies, system integrators and implementation partners in this field. On the other hand, we support our clients in the pre-technology / design phase, in technology selection, and in building the post-implementation / usage discipline.
Benchmark Reports
In the HR world, benchmark reports are a mini-industry of their own. We do not produce any standard or bespoke benchmark reports; but we help read the data our collaboration partners produce and adapt it to clients' contexts.
Compensation Surveys
The players in compensation surveys are well known. So are the firms that produce work in this field beyond the main players. We have no compensation-survey product of our own; but we turn the data our collaboration partners produce into decisions, together with you.
