Talent Draft Game: Scenario
Selected members of the management team join the game and are asked to take on the role of CEO, responsible for all of the company's results. The players are asked: "If you were CEO today and had the chance to rebuild the entire team, who from the current talent pool would you pick, and in which roles would you place them?"
The players' sequential picks are analysed. For every employee in the talent pool and every role in the organisation, metrics of criticality, popularity and demand intensity are revealed… In light of the results, the players come back together to review their picks!
